چکیده
Study of rhizospheric microbial communities plants growing under different environmental conditions is important for understanding the habitat-dependent formation rhizosphere microbiomes. The bacterial four amaranth cultivars were investigated in a laboratory pot experiment. Amaranthus tricolor cv. Valentina, A. cruentus Dyuimovochka, and caudatus cvs. Bulava Zelenaya Sosulka grown six months three soils with anthropogenic polyelemental anomalies background control soil. After plant cultivation, sampled subjected to metagenomic analysis 16S rRNA gene. results showed that taxonomic structure microbiomes was represented by dominant phyla Actinobacteriota Proteobacteria. A feature profile rhizobiomes Valentina Dyuimovochka large abundance sequences related Cyanobacteria. largely unaffected soils, but cultivar differences revealed. Bacterial taxa identified are possibly selected amaranths may be adaptation various habitat conditions. targeted enrichment members these could useful improving efficacy use agricultural remediation purposes.

15 صفحه اولPredicting pre-Columbian anthropogenic soils in Amazonia.
The extent and intensity of pre-Columbian impacts on lowland Amazonia have remained uncertain and controversial. Various indicators can be used to gauge the impact of pre-Columbian societies, but the formation of nutrient-enriched terra preta soils has been widely accepted as an indication of long-term settlement and site fidelity. Using known and newly discovered terra preta sites and maximum ...
متن کاملEvaluation of health risk to humans in consumption of wheat grown in nickel-contaminated soils
In this research, accumulation and distribution of nickel in root, leaves and stem and grains of wheat were studied to assess the health of wheat grain for human consumption. A greenhouse experiment was conducted based on randomized complete block design with three replications. Wheat was grown under two nickel concentrations in soil (0.0 and 100 mg kg-1). At maturity, wheat was divi...
متن کاملEffect of Arbuscular Mycorrhiza fungi application on distribution of phosphorus forms in rhizosphere soils of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.)
Appropriate management of soil phosphorus (P) fertility in highly calcareous soils of Iran as around the world should rely upon sound knowledge about the phosphorus reserve and its bioavailability. Despite numerous reports on the positive effects of vesicular arbuscular mycorrhizae (VAM) fungi on phosphorus uptake which is associated to Ectomycorrhiza as a branch of two major branches of group ...
